1⁄2 cup apple juice
1⁄2 cup silken firm tofu
1⁄2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
Add honey to taste
Combine apple juice, tofu and mixed berries in a blender. Blend until smooth. Sweeten with honey if desired.
